I initially joined Richmond Story House because my co-worker suggested that it would be an opportunity to lend my time and efforts and talents to a worthy cause/organization, what I love about Richmond Story House is that through all of their efforts they empower people through the gift of telling their own stories and ultimately create a community of caring through the camaraderie of uniting with those to whom these stories represent.. I myself love to write and am familiar with the redeeming quality that expression through writing provides for the individual as well as those who may identify with the story that the writer is sharing... I have found a Home.... I have found Purpose and I have found meaning in the Mission of Unearthing and amplifying untold stories in our community one pen one person and one page at a time...
